Indianapolis Area CrossFit

CrossFit has been around since the 1980’s, but Greg Glassman (the founder) says it began gaining widespread popularity over the past six years when workouts were posted online.  One of the big draws is the fact that the  focus is on having a constantly varied high-intensity workout.
