There is no shortage of open space in the Indianapolis metro area. The following are municipal parks and reservoirs that give you opportunities for both exercise and relaxation. There is also a link to Indiana waterways.
Indianapolis Parks
- Marion County – There are 206 parks in Marion County.

- Brown County State Park (Indiana’s largest state park) – It is located under an hour south from downtown Indianapolis and is known for mountain biking.
